Four years into our journey, we have a team of people all focused on delivering the Element experience through retail and ecommerce operations.Behind the company are directors Caroline Kindy and Nick Shields who come from backgrounds in design and marketing. With a commitment to bringing new designs to fruition, we are working alongside talented jewellers, experimenting with materials and forms to develop bold new collections.
