To celebrate the BJA's 125th Anniversary, we are organising a celebratory BJA membership awards programme, culminating in a prestigious black tie awards ceremony at the Jewellery Benevolent Ball in Birmingham on December 6th 2012. Success of this inaugural awards programme will hopefully see this becoming a regular annual event.
The winner of each category will receive a commemorative plaque plus universal industry recognition for their great achievement! Category winners and those shortlisted will also be provided with new BJA commemorative logos.
Nominations are invited from all BJA members - you can either nominate yourself, another BJA member or a supplier of services to the BJA membership. A separate form will be required for each nomination.
You may only provide nominations for a maximum of 2 categories. All nominations need to be completed by September 7th 2012.
From this point, an Awards panel will then judge each entry to arrive at a short list of 4 companies/individuals per category.
The shortlist will then appear on the BJA website and be open for voting by the membership. In 2 categories, voting will also be invited from companies and individuals outside of membership.
Voting will close on November 26th 2012.
The BJA will publicise the awards programme throughout the year and members will receive regular updates.
